The sitting room has comfortable leather sofas, a TV with freeview and DVD player, radio and CD player. BROADBAND Internet Access free of charge. Why not light a cosy log fire in the sitting room after a day out and about.
 The kitchen/ dining room is fully equipped with modern fitted units. A washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven/hob/grill, kettle, toaster and all the utensils, crockery and cutlery you may need during your stay. There is a pine dining table and seating for 8.
The master bedroom, which is light and airy faces south and has a king-size bed and matching furniture. This bedroom has an en suite shower room with washbasin and WC.
The Family Bedroom which is south facing has a double bed and a single bed with matching bedroom furniture.
The twin bedded room has 2 full size single beds and matching furniture.
The bathroom contains a white suite and consists of a bath with shower over, washbasin with shaver point and WC. Beds are made up for your arrival and towels are provided. You should bring your own beach/sports towels. A travel cot and high chair can be made available. The fourth bedroom has a single bed. Outside is an enclosed garden and patio area with a pinic table, rotary clothesline and Gas BBQ. You may fish in the Dulas, a tributary of the Towy, which runs just 50 yards away from the property. Ample parking is available at the cottage. Enjoy a cosy candlelit dinner or BBQ in the garden, depending on the weather, you may also like to picnic on the banks of the river Towy. We have sheep and lambs, cows and calves of all ages, two pigs, some chickens and 4 sheepdogs called Peggy, Moss, Jill and Nell. The farm is a working farm and busy at all times of the year with lambing in the Spring and bringing in the crops during the Summer months. Tractors and machinery are often working on the farmyard, cattle and sheep are also on the farmyard at certain times. For safety reasons we ask that you let us know before entering the farm yard and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We do not allow smoking in the cottage, however you are welcome to smoke in the garden. One (only) well behaved small dog welcome within the rental price.
