This beautiful barn conversion, originally a cowshed which housed milking cows and their calves, has been converted with architectural flair to provide a large sitting / dining room with spectacular views over the lush Towy valley to the Black Mountains and ample room for 8 people.

 

The SITTING / DINING room measures 35 ft long with a mezzanine gallery and large french doors opening on to a patio and large private garden. Two chocolate brown leather setees seating 4 and 3 and a matching armchair provide comfy seating. A TV with freeview, DVD, radio and CD player, table lamps and gas log burner make this an exceptional room. You can admire the views while sitting in an armchair.The dining area near the french doors has a dining table and seating for 8.

 

 

You enter the property via the fully fitted KITCHEN with original and exposed beams. You will find a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and all the crockery and cutlery you may need for your stay.From here you enter the gallery which leads to 3 bedrooms and the bathroom.

 

 

The MASTER BEDROOM has a king size bed, the original and exposed beams and steps leading down to the en- suite shower room which has a quadrant shower, wash basin and WC.

The SECOND BEDROOM has a double bed

Twin Bedroom

The THIRD BEDROOM has twin beds and the FOURTH BEDROOM, which is apprached via the sitting room, has 3 ft bunk beds. All bedrooms have matching bedroom furniture, bed linen is provided and all beds are made up for your arrival.

Main Bathroom

The BATHROOM on the upper level has a large corner bath, washbasin and WC. Towels are provided but please arrange to bring your own beach/sports towels.

The french doors open out in to the patio where you will find garden furniture and a gas BBQ. There is a large enclosed private garden with a rotary clothes line and the photograph below showing our calves was taken from the garden to give the reader an idea of the beautiful views over the valley.

 

Beds are made up for your arrival and bath and hand towels are provided. Please bring your own beach/sports towels.

We do not allow smoking in The Barn, however you are welcome to smoke in the garden.

One (only) well behaved small dog welcome within the rental price.

You are welcome to visit the farm, which is 2 fields away. We have sheep, cows  and calves of all ages, 2 pigs, some chickens and 4 sheepdogs called Peggy, Moss, Jill and Nell. The farm is a working farm and busy at all times of the year with lambing in the Spring and bringing in the crops during the Summer months. Tractors and machinery are often working on the farmyard, cattle and sheep are also on the farmyard at certain times.
For safety reasons we ask that you let us know before entering the farm yard and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
